Janine Driver is the New York Times’ best-selling author of You Say More Than You Think (Random House), and most recently You Can’t Lie to Me (HarperOne). A popular keynote speaker, media expert for NBC's TODAY Show, 20/20, CNN, Anderson Cooper, Katie, and more, she's the founder, president, and lead instructor for the Body Language Institute (BLI). Sheryl Palmer is the president and chief executive officer of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, a leading national homebuilder and developer based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since 2007, Ms. Palmer has overseen a highly experienced leadership team in several key national homebuilding markets. With more than 25 years of hands-on building experience, including leadership in land acquisition, sales and marketing, development and operations management, Ms. Palmer has been able to lead Taylor Morrison into the top ranks of American’s largest public homebuilders, following the company’s IPO in 2013. Currently, Ms. Palmer is implementing a new business strategy focused on expanding the company’s U.S. footprint.

Juli Bacon is the sole owner of JB Consulting Systems, LLC and Bacon Maintenance Services, LLC, as well as a partner in her joint venture, JJ BizWorks and a minority owner in Routec Industries, LLC. A long time member of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties in Washington state, Bacon has a passion for helping small businesses succeed. She is also 2nd Vice Chair and Region E Trustee of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Professional Women in Building Council (PWB). In 2013, Bacon was recognized nationally with PWB’s Woman of the Year award. She is dedicated to mentoring other women in business and gives back to her community through volunteer efforts.

Yasmine Branden is a 25-year industry veteran. Currently, she serves as vice president/production manager of the Neil Kelly Company, the largest design/build remodeling firm in the Northwest and the fourth largest remodeling company nationwide. Branden is also immediate past president of the National Association of Women in Construction. One of her primary professional goals is to market construction as a viable career choice for women of all ages, socio-economic backgrounds and life experiences.

Some say she was raised by wolves, others claim truckers. No matter what her upbringing, Ronda Conger has flourished in a male dominated industry for 21 years. Beginning in the wild, wild West of Las Vegas in 1993 with KB Home, she soon staked her claim as the vice president of Idaho’s largest home builder, CBH Homes, where she leads the CBH troops daily, overseeing all areas of the company for the past twelve years. CBH builds over 800 homes per year with a total of 69 employees; 49 of those are women, making up 71% of CBH Homes’ staff. The average employment length of a CBH Homes team member is more than seven years. CBH has been voted a Best Place to Work in Idaho for the past six years.

Sara Kropf has over 15 years’ experience as a trial lawyer. She represents companies and individuals in complex business litigation and criminal investigations. She has handled jury trials across the country, including defamation, civil fraud and breach of contract disputes. Sara was previously a partner at a large international firm before founding her own firm, Law Office of Sara Kropf, in Washington, DC. She graduated from Georgetown University Law Center.

Kerry Mulcrone is an award-winning salesperson, coach, and motivational presenter with 25+ years of experience providing new home sales solutions for individuals and companies across the US. Kerry appears on-stage locally and nationally to share her inspiration with real estate and sales professionals, including numerous appearances at the International Builders Show Super Sales Rally and Sales Management Summit. Amy James Neel has been a builder for more than 20 years. She began as a staff carpenter for a residential remodeling firm and worked up to foreman. She then spent 8 years focusing exclusively on building custom wine cellars in Oregon homes and vineyards before starting her own all-female remodeling firm that specialized in historic renovations. She is currently the Construction Manager at Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. where she teaches a State-certified, pre-apprenticeship program that prepares women for careers in the construction trades.
