Barbara J. Jackson, PhD, Director
Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, Univ. of Denver

As one of the most recognized and respected thought leaders in the AEC industry, Barbara Jackson's primary focus is on leadership and culture in the transforming construction business. With professional and academic experience that spans real estate development, home building, commercial construction, and design-build over a 25-year period, she now serves as the Director of the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver where she developed a unique integrated educational model representing the full life-cycle of the built environment. She also facilitates a Women in Construction Leadership Bootcamp twice a year, and is the author of two books – Construction Management Jumpstart and Design-Build Essentials.

Ellen Leikind, Company Founder

Ellen Leikind is an expert in understanding the dynamics of women in business. She has an extensive career span in marketing, working for the Fortune 500 as well as leading companies in the Direct Response industry. She is Vice President, Managing Director of EDL Marketing Group. In 2006, Ellen founded POKERprimaDIVAS, a company that provides corporate team building and leadership programs which empower women to become fearless and decisive at the conference table through the skills they acquire at the poker table. She is the author of POKERWOMAN: How to Win at Love, Life, and Business Using the Principles of Poker. Ellen is a writer on women's issues in business for Parade.com and has been featured on CNBC, Forbes,com, Newsday, and SUCCESS magazine. She has an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University, is a native New Yorker, and avid animal lover.

Judy Dinelle, NAHB Professional Women in Building Chair

Judy is the Building Ambassador for 84 Lumber. Her position is the liaison between the Home Builders Associations, similar organizations, and 84 Lumber on a national level. Judy has been in the building business for the past 36 years, and in which she has held a variety of positions from subcontractor to sales representative. Judy has been involved in the Home Builders Association for over 20+ years and has served in many capacities. She is currently the National Chair of the Professional Women in Building Council and has received many industry awards and industry designations.

Dawn Duhamel, Director of Sales and Marketing
Possibilities for Design

Dawn Duhamel is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Possibilities for Design, one of the nation's most recognized homebuilder-centric interior design firms. Dawn has hired, developed, and managed amazing sales and marketing teams for some of the country's leading builders, including Standard Pacific, John Laing, and Pulte. Her resume includes numerous awards and national speaking engagements, but her most recent accomplishments center around developing resiliency in the face of unexpected (and sometimes traumatic) change. Reaching deep into the issue of self-worth, Dawn invites honesty and humor into her world, sharing her stories of success, setbacks, and sunshine.

Amanda Giuliano, Head Designer
Nicolette's for the Home

Amanda Giuliano has been designing kitchens and bathrooms for nine years. Prior to her role with Nicolette's for the Home in Massapequa, New York, she worked for a lumber supply company designing custom millwork. While on the job site, Giuliano often heard phrases like, "I'm surprised you know so much, as a woman," or "You're so young!" Over time, she became a passionate advocate for women in the trades, and in 2017, along with three industry colleagues, started Tradeswomen of IG. (Instagram) The group features posts from women in all aspects of construction, and serves as a platform to celebrate their achievements and support their dreams. Trades Women of IG currently has more than 14,000 followers.

Allison Iantosca, Partner
F.H. Perry Builder

In 2008 Allison purchased F.H. Perry Builder from her father and has proudly carried on the tradition of success through strength—strength of character, knowledge, integrity, building well and strength of relationships. Eager to inspire success in others, Allison holds a container in which people grow and become their best selves. She is passionately involved in a range of Boston and Metro West Charities and non-profits and has been recognized for her leadership and business acumen by Boston Future Leaders, Banker and Tradesman, the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and others. During her tenure, F.H. Perry Builder was named one of Commonwealth Institute's Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses for three years in a row. Allison has studied leadership at the Gestalt International Study Center earning certificates in Skills for Influential Leaders and GISC's pinnacle Leadership in the Twenty First Century.

Judy Mozen, President
Handcrafted Homes

Judy Mozen is President of Handcrafted Homes, an award-winning design, remodel, and build firm. She is a Certified Remodeler and a Green Certified Professional with NARI, a CGP with NAHB, and also, an EarthCraft Builder and an EarthCraft Remodeler. Mozen became a member of NARI in 2004 and since then has served NARI both locally, as well as Nationally, as Chairman of the National Certification Board, Secretary, Treasurer, President-Elect, and President of NARI National in 2015. She works with her husband, Randy Urquhart, who is Vice President of Handcrafted Homes.

Amy James Neel, Training Director

Neel has been a builder for more than 20 years. She began as a staff carpenter for a residential remodeling firm and worked up to foreman. She then spent 8 years focusing exclusively on building custom wine cellars in Oregon homes and vineyards before starting her own all-female remodeling firm specializing in historic renovations. She is currently the Construction Manager at Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. where she teaches a State-certified, pre-apprenticeship program that prepare women for careers in the construction trades.

Jamie Rayne, Vice President
Bain Cochran Construction

As Vice President of Bain Cochran Construction, Jamie Rayne's creativity goes into building rapport with the company's team and clients to facilitate one of a kind projects, and in spearheading the company's philanthropic endeavors. Custom remodeling and building run deep in her family with their woman-owned, multigenerational-operated firm. Jamie's dedication to leadership and community service led to her being honored as a 2018 Professional Builder Magazine 40 Under 40 awardee, and a 2017 Woman of Influence. As the youngest and only the second female ever, Jamie was elected the 2016 President of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico.

Elitia Schwaderer has been a passionate and influential professional within the new home sales industry for over 16 years, amassing more than $85 million in sales over her career as a salesperson. Elitia's hard work also led to being recognized as top sales and customer service professional for several continuous years. Upon joining Thrive Home Builders in 2015, Elitia quickly proved her ability to exceed sales goals while managing multiple communities and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Her exceptional levels of leadership and performance led to her promotion to Director of Sales in 2016. Elitia's transition into leadership and coaching has led to empowering good sales people to become great sales people leveraging traditional and non-traditional methodologies, while creating ambassadors for Thrive's brand and values. When Elitia is not with her Thrive team, she enjoys time with her husband, confidant and best friend, Joe, as well as their 9-year-old pride and joy, Eden. On any given weekend, you can find the Schwaderer family appreciating and relaxing in Colorado's incredible mountain towns.

Pierrette Tierney, VP Business Development
Magleby Construction

After obtaining a Master's Degree in Journalism from the University of Southern California (USC) and working at CNN's London Bureau, Pierrette started helping a friend who worked at Pulte Homes set up recruiting trips to USC. In an unplanned chain of events, Pierrette ended up getting recruited herself and started a career in home building with Pulte in Las Vegas as a Sales Associate. She quickly climbed the management ranks at Pulte and Taylor Morrison, most recently serving as Division President for Taylor Morrison's Bay Area operations. In her career, she has overseen the development and implementation of over 100 master plan, active adult, high-density, and luxury home communities. In 2016, she and her husband, Matthew Magleby, decided to take their vast industry experience and put it to work for the family business, Magleby Construction, a professional custom construction firm with over 175 employees. She now oversees business development, client pre-construction services, marketing, branding, and strategic growth opportunities for the expanding company. Pierrette also serves as 1st Vice President for the Park City Home Builder Association, and the Board of Directors for Illuminate, an organization that works to accelerate the next generation of women business leaders through personal growth, training, and mentorship opportunities.

Rachel White, Project Manager and Performance Manager
Byggmeister Design Build

White is Project Manager and Performance Manager at Byggmeister, a 35-year old residential remodeling company based in Newton, MA. Currently, Rachel splits her time between shepherding projects through the planning and design process, and tracking and measuring the impact of performance upgrades after projects are complete. She has taken the lead on developing, implementing and tracking standards and goals for energy use and indoor air quality. Byggmeister is in the process of transitioning to a worker cooperative, and as part of this transition, Rachel is preparing to assume the role of General Manager.

Ali Wolf, Director, Economic Research
Meyers Research

Ali Wolf is the Director of Economic Research for Meyers Research LLC. As head of the Economics Department, she manages and analyzes the content for Zonda, provides data analytics, runs special research projects, and does presentations across the country on topics spanning both the housing market and the wider economy. Ali's specialty is understanding Millennials and their homebuying preferences. Prior to joining the Meyers team, Ali headed macro, regional, and metro-level monthly economic reports at John Burns Real Estate Consulting. She was also a researcher for both the Canadian and UK Parliaments. Ali holds a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University in Economics and a Master's Degree from the London School of Economics in Real Estate Economics and Finance.

Lakisha Woods, Sr. VP & Chief Marketing Officer
NAHB

Lakisha Ann Woods, CAE is Sr. VP & Chief Marketing Officer at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Woods oversees sponsorship sales, partnerships, branding and public image initiatives. Woods' 27-member staff is also responsible for the marketing of membership, all association education, and products and services including the International Builders Show. Lakisha currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and has spoken at many industry events. She holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Maryland in College Park and lives with her husband in Beltsville, MD.
