Anderson's passion for the built environment started in 2013 when she became a builder under duress, having hired a bad contractor and was forced to take over her own project. She now has offices in Chicago and Western Michigan, executing major renovations and new construction custom homes with premier architects across the Midwest. Anderson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and is a Certified Passive House Builder. She participates in an advisory role as a Council Member for the Urban Land Institute and is Executive Vice President for the National Association of the Remodeling Industry of Greaterland Chicago. She most recently contributed to a multi-year steering committee formed by Mayor Lori Lightfoot which successfully created a pathway for legalizing accessory dwelling units—an effort the Mayor hopes will see nationwide use. Anderson has been featured on HGTV, the Chicago Tribune, Forbes, and other national publications. She was awarded Pro Remodeler Magazine’s Forty under 40. She was also a Guest Co-Host for Mighty House radio, a nationally syndicated 3-hour home improvement program, and continues to contribute personally to her blog.

Meredith Chapman

Meredith Chapman has 15 years of new-home sales experience as an On-Site Sales Consultant, Sales Trainer, and Area Sales Manager. She has won numerous awards on a local, regional, and national level, including National Sales Consultant of the Year for K. Hovnanian Homes and the 40 Under 40 award from Pro Builder. Meredith is an active member of Professional Women in Building for the Dallas Builder Association and a Founding Member and Board Member for the National Angels, a foster care community organization. At home, Meredith is the proud mom of a beautiful four-year-old daughter, Ember Monroe, and is busy bouncing around from preschool to weekly activities. Meredith's latest adventures include training for her first marathon and completing a novel.

Jennifer Cooper

With over 20 years of hands-on marketing and client service experience across industries, Jennifer is a results-oriented, creative, and analytical executive marketing professional, consultant, and CMO coach. She has enjoyed time spent working for Fortune 500 companies as well as multi-family, national, regional, and local builders. Nationally recognized for her marketing contributions across industries, Jennifer has vast experience in overseeing marketing and sales team development , advising on company operations, and bringing creative solutions to her clients from product development to customer experience. Having left the corporate C-suite, Jennifer has decided to focus her efforts on helping builders, developers, and real estate service companies as a Fractional CMO. She spends a majority of her time today serving as a sales and marketing partner for Builders Design and Focus 360. She also offers her time and perspective to help other businesses with marketing advice in the homebuilding industry, offers mentoring to aspiring marketing peers, and speaks often throughout the industry.

Jennifer Harbick

Jenn Harbick is the Handyman Services General Manager at Neil Kelly company, the largest residential remodeler in the Pacific Northwest. Harbick is an active member of the Professional Women in Building Council, part of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland, and will soon be a member of the Albina Rotary Club. Alicia Huey

Alicia Huey is a Birmingham, Ala.-based custom home builder and developer with more than 30 years of experience in the home building industry, and is president of AGH Homes, a custom home building company she founded in 2000. Huey is also NAHB's 2022 First Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and is in line to become Chairman in 2023. She has chaired several NAHB committees, including BUILD-PAC, Professional Women in Building, and Membership, and in 2008, PWB named her its Woman of the Year. Huey is also active in her community, serving as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity for a decade, honored as the organization's 2011 Volunteer of the Year, and served as chair of the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Birmingham from 2012 to 2014.

Abby Ivory

Ivory Innovations was born while Abby was working on the Impact Investing team for the Sorenson Impact Center, which helps organizations achieve their impact vision. Prior to her experience in impact investing, she worked as an intern focused on researching Green Bonds with Equilibrium Capital in Portland, Oregon. Her work has been published in the Stanford Social Innovation Review. Abby graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Utah in 2016 with an emphasis in Sustainability.

Michelle Little

Michelle Little has more than nine years of client relations experience. She began her career as a Registered Cardiac Nurse where she learned to connect with patient family members and doctors alike. While working in the hospital she was selected to be a liaison to patients’ families. Today, Little utilizes those vital communication skills in her current role as a project manager with Otogawa-Anschel Design+Build, an award-winning firm devoted to green building and urban living. Michael Anschel, Principal Otogawa-Anschel Design+Build, knew that if Little could meet with families to tell them their loved one wasn’t going to make it, she could tell a client their project was going to be delayed two weeks due to a window delay. While overseeing the design and production teams, Little excels as a client liaison and ensures the design and build process is smooth and seamless. When she is not directing her team, she is leading yoga classes and coaching clients toward a healthy lifestyle.

Ivory Innovations is a nonprofit dedicated to shining a light on innovative solutions in housing affordability. Jenna leads strategy and operations for the team, including supporting the 100+ past finalists and winners of the Ivory Prize for Housing Affordability. Prior to her work with housing, she led innovation efforts at Hilton and launched the Diversity & Inclusion practice at CEB, now Gartner. She received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her undergraduate degree from Harvard College.

She also served as Senior Director of Global Corporate and Government Affairs at ManpowerGroup, the world's leading organization in innovative workforce solutions, for 17 years.

Erika Mosse

Mosse has more than 20 years of experience as a speaker, journalist, and advocate for small businesses. She has been the recipient of numerous honors, including nine Jesse H. Neal awards, widely considered the Pulitzer Prize of business media. Prior to joining Pro Remodeler, Mosse was editorial director for Pool & Spa News, a media brand serving the swimming pool construction market. She passionately believes in the importance of bringing more women, especially women leaders, into the residential construction industry and is inspired by her work toward that goal.

Tobe Sheldon

Tobe Sheldon holds a B.S. in Geology from Boise State University and has 30 years of experience in the wine industry, sustainability management, and strategic planning. She grew up hiking in Yosemite and following her father around construction sites where she cultivated a love for the environment and building design. Driven to decarbonize the built world, Tobe came to BamCore in late 2020. BamCore’s patented structural framing system utilizes regenerative annually harvestable carbon fibers, industrialized construction techniques, and disruptive technology to manufacture engineered climate-positive building materials.

Lisa Sten

Lisa Sten is CEO of Harrell Design + Build, a woman-founded, and 100% employee-owned, design + build firm in Palo Alto, Calif, with more than 50 employees. Sten is a Certified Interior Designer (CID), Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP), and Certified Remodeler (CR). Before joining Harrell in 2000, she co-owned a Minneapolis-based design company that contributed to the restoration of the Washington Monument. Her dedication to design excellence has been recognized repeatedly by local and national awards. Several of her projects have been featured in Sunset books, Better Homes & Gardens, and other periodicals. As Harrell's CEO, she is passionate about maintaining an inclusive culture that encourages new ideas and achievements regardless of gender. Leah Kaiz Fellows

Leah Fellows, national online sales counselor trainer for the new home building industry, founded Blue Gypsy Inc. in 2010 to help home builders create award-winning OSC programs. She regularly writes for industry blogs, magazines, and websites, and presents at IBS, SEBC, industry webinars, and podcasts. With 16 years in the industry, giving back is important. She is active with PWB and SMC locally and nationally. Locally she serves on the PWB Board and is past chair of the Mentoring committee. Nationally she’s past co-chair of the Membership and Communications sub-committee and current 2nd Vice Chair of the Professional Development sub-committee. Prior to her work in the building industry, Leah backpacked the world for 13 years and was a bartender, sailboat captain, and dive instructor. Karen Schroeder

Karen Schroeder is the Vice President and co-founder of Mayberry Homes in East Lansing, Michigan. She was instrumental in chartering and is the past Chair of the Greater Lansing Professional Women in Building council and the immediate past chair of the NAHB PWB Executive Board. In 2017, Karen was named the NAHB PWB Woman of the Year and was the first woman (along with her business partner) to be inducted into the Michigan Construction Hall of Fame. Karen was named the 2017 Advisory Board Member of the Year by NAHB as a result of her service with Michigan State University and recently became the recipient of the Michigan State University College of Natural Resources Honorary Alumni Award.

Pierrette Tierney

Pierrette serves as the regional leader for the Mountain West AMH Development Team, covering Seattle, Boise, Denver, Colorado Springs, and Salt Lake City, and overseeing everything from land acquisition and development to purchasing and construction of the new home portfolio. She has over 16 years of experience in operations, acquisitions, sales, and marketing with top ten public homebuilders as well as a nationally recognized custom construction company. Her experience spans across multiple Southwest, Mountain West, and California markets. Pierrette has also served as the first female President of the Park City Homebuilders Association and was a founding member of the Utah PWB and on the leadership team for The House That SHE Built. Pierrette received her master’s degree from University of Southern California and bachelor’s degree from University of California, San Diego.
